Ignition Control Room Werk Nord
Control room in high-performance HMI design: output, OEE and syrup coverage at a glance, colour only for deviations and prioritised alarms. From the plant overview, one click takes you into every area – raw material storage, tank farm, syrup kitchen, five filling lines and dispatch – right down to the P&ID.
Sepasoft MES Werk Nord
Manufacturing execution system based on Ignition and Sepasoft: material flow from raw material to loading, orders and planning board, batch control with batch records, OEE analysis per line, track & trace and statistical process control (SPC).
